Hello, I'm Ama Adjei. I am a lawyer, entrepreneur, website designer, and mother with a passion for building meaningful businesses, creating opportunities, and helping others navigate growth with confidence and purpose. For as long as I can remember, I have been drawn to both problem-solving and entrepreneurship. As a child, I would create make-believe shops and "sell" items to other children during play. At the time, I had no idea I was developing the entrepreneurial mindset that would later shape much of my life. Today, I balance a legal career, growing businesses, creative work, and motherhood. While these roles may seem different, they are all connected by a common purpose: helping people, creating value, and building things that matter.
My Journey
For several years, I've worked with Amoako Adjei Law Consult, advising individuals and businesses across a wide range of legal matters. My approach has always been rooted in integrity, professionalism and practical solutions. While legal knowledge is important, I believe people deserve clear guidance, honest advice and someone who genuinely understands the challenges they're facing. Beyond legal practice, I'm passionate about using the law as a tool for empowerment, particularly in areas affecting women, families and vulnerable members of society. Because sometimes the greatest impact isn't winning a case. It's helping someone move forward with confidence.

For over six years, I have worked with Amoako Adjei Law Consult, gaining valuable experience across a wide range of legal matters. My work as a lawyer is grounded in professionalism, integrity, and a genuine commitment to helping people navigate legal challenges with confidence and clarity. I believe the law should not only resolve disputes but also empower individuals to make informed decisions and protect their rights. Beyond my professional practice, I am passionate about access to justice and regularly undertake pro bono work in matters relating to: • Human Rights • Domestic Violence • Gender Issues • Marital Causes • Women's Rights and Empowerment Supporting vulnerable individuals and helping people navigate difficult circumstances remains one of the most meaningful aspects of my legal career.
Entrepreneurship
Entrepreneurship has always been part of who I am. Long before I understood what running a business truly meant, I was creating, selling and experimenting with new ideas. That curiosity has grown into a lifelong passion for building businesses that solve real problems. Today, through The East Collective, I'm creating brands that combine thoughtful design, practical solutions and meaningful customer experiences. I believe every successful business begins with one simple question: How can this make someone's life better?
Design & Digital Strategy
Technology and design have always fascinated me. Since 2017, I've been designing websites and helping businesses establish a strong online presence. What started as curiosity has evolved into a passion for creating digital experiences that are both beautiful and functional. I enjoy transforming ideas into brands, helping businesses communicate with clarity and building websites that not only look good but also deliver results. For me, good design isn't decoration. It's solving problems with creativity.
Motherhood & Growth
Motherhood has changed me in ways I never imagined. It has taught me patience, resilience, adaptability and the importance of being fully present. It has also reminded me that growth isn't always about moving faster, sometimes it's about becoming stronger through life's unexpected seasons. Being a mother continues to shape the way I lead, create and build businesses. It's the role I'm proudest of.
Giving Back
I've always believed businesses should create more than profit, they should create opportunities. That's why giving back has always been part of my vision. Through The East Collective Giving Back Fund, GHS 1 from every eligible item sold through our retail brands is allocated to support charitable causes and community initiatives. As our businesses grow, so will our ability to support meaningful initiatives, encourage entrepreneurship, share knowledge and create opportunities for others. Because success becomes far more meaningful when it helps someone else succeed too.
